The Israeli Business Group (BIG) is a peer advisory group comprised of Hebrew speaking entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and professionals with proven track records of success in their respective field or industry. BIG members hold positions of senior leadership with decision-making authority and determine the strategic direction of their businesses.
We speak, and we listen. We make the effort to organize our thoughts, and we’re willing to share our knowledge with others. We strive to add to the conversation in a way that is both relevant and articulate.
We celebrate and value the diverse paths our lives have taken. As a group, and as individuals, we’ve had varied and distinctive experiences in life and business. We’ve also put in the effort to achieve a level of expertise in our fields, giving us broad and deep knowledge.
Though we’ve all achieved various successes in our business and personal lives, we know that our future accomplishments will benefit from the help and influence of others. Though we’re confident, we’re not arrogant. We’re open-minded and interested in constantly improving ourselves. We’re tolerant of others’ views and opinions. We don’t let our egos get in the way, and we strive to be friends, colleagues and mentors to each other.
We behave honorably and ethically at all times. We do the right thing, whether or not others are watching. We pride ourselves on our reliability and the value of our word. We always approach our interactions with colleagues, coworkers, employees, and friends with the utmost professionalism.
We value new ideas, creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. But we recognize that innovation combines creativity with logic. We respect logical thought, analysis, and clear-minded thinking.
BIG members are engaged in the group, in their businesses, and in life. We make the effort to attend BIG meetings and events, where we participate and contribute, connect with members between meetings, and help one another identify issues and solve problems.
In our monthly workshops, guest speakers are invited to present thought-provoking business subjects and challenges that encourage a stimulating discussion on related issues. The speakers are carefully selected by our Content Committee, based on topics of interest that have been requested by members.
Membership in BIG is offered by invitation only. Prospective membership is based on the applicant’s achievements attained throughout their career, their reputation as a business professional, as well as their anticipated contribution to BIG. To assure our members a challenging and professionally gratifying interaction with other members, all candidates are subject to a thorough vetting process to validate their eligibility.
Founded in 2014, BIG has become a respected venue for business initiatives, collaboration and promotion of its members and their businesses. We currently have several chapters in Florida, all of which are governed by the national Board of Directors for BIG USA. Our mandate is to expand into other states, while preserving the strict criteria for membership eligibility

Throughout his career, Ilan has built a stellar reputation as a trusted businessman and earned recognition as a strategic corporate executive, with creative solutions to operational challenges. Ilan is passionate about helping business owners appreciate the full scope of the big picture and guiding them to a path for growth.
Mazal is a First Vice President of Domestic Private Banking with IDB NY. Her role includes developing strategic growth and business development initiatives . As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, CEPA®, Mazal also supports middle market business owners, whom she advises on issues pertaining to value creation and liquidity events.
Gil is CEO of Leverage Business Strategy, a management consulting firm that advises companies, corporate executives, business owners and investors in the areas of corporate finance, strategic planning, and M & A transactions. The firm’s portfolio of clients is dispersed domestically as well as overseas.
Itai is CEO of the B2 Group. Over the past 20 years he has become a subject matter expert in the payment industry. Itai is an internationally experienced trainer and consultant with a sound reputation and an exceptional track record of delivering proven results in both business and technical environments constrained by tight budgets, limited execution time frames and complex user requirements.
